This Privacy Policy describes how EasyPoop: Diary & Tracker ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personal information that can identify you directly, except where strictly necessary for the App's functionality (e.g., Authentication).

1.1 Authenticated Users

We use Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In) to allow you to log in. When you sign in, we collect:

• Basic profile information provided by Google (e.g., email address, name).
• This information is used solely to identify your account and sync your data across devices.

1.2 Data Storage

We use Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage to store:

• User-generated content (e.g., logs, settings, family configurations).
• Images uploaded by you (e.g., family logos).

This data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers and is accessible only by you and the members of your "Family" group, if applicable.

2. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The services used by the App are:

• Google Analytics for Firebase

  We use analytics to understand how our App is used and to improve its performance. Data collected includes usage patterns, crash reports, and device information. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
• Firebase Remote Config
  Configuration
  Used to manage app features and updates immediately without requiring a new download.

3. Application Permissions

The App may request certain permissions to function correctly:

• Camera / Storage: To upload custom logos for your profile or family.
• Notifications: To send you reminders (local notifications).

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We leverage the security infrastructure of Google Firebase.

5. Account Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

EasyPoop: Diary & Tracker respects your right to delete your account and all associated data. Since your account is linked to your Google Account (via Firebase Authentication):

5.1 How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your EasyPoop: Diary & Tracker account and all associated data:

• Send an email to mn.dev.supp@gmail.com with the subject line: "EASYPOOP ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST"
• Include your registered email address (the one used to log in to the app)
• We will confirm your identity and process your deletion request

5.2 What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• All your activity logs and diary entries
• Your profile settings and preferences
• Family configurations and shared data (if applicable)
• Uploaded images and media files
• Your authentication credentials

5.3 Deletion Timeline

Your account and all associated data will be completely removed from our Cloud Firestore database and Firebase Storage within 30 days of receiving your deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
